Elite Veterinary Services Policies
- Elite Veterinary Services has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window or if you no show for your appointment a cancellation fee will be assessed.
- Out of respect for our time and the time of our clients, if you are running late you may be asked to reschedule which may result in a rescheduling fee.
- Please have all pets available (cats) and leashed (dogs) when we arrive for a house call. If pets can not be located within 5 minutes of arrival, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee will be assessed.
- Aggressive dogs will not be treated in most cases.
- An adult must be present during an exam or house call.
- Payment is expected at the time of services rendered. We accept all major credit cards.
- House calls are not available in all areas for all services.
- House call fees are based on a mileage radius from YMCA Missouri City.Standard house calls within a 10 mile radius are $85. House calls within a 15 mile radius are $95. House calls outside of 15 miles are available on an individual basis starting at $98.
- Because Dr. Nevotti wants to ensure the most thorough and personal connection and treatment plan for your pets, telemedicine exams and consults including emails, texts, phone calls and video calls will be billed.
- Please have all forms completed and records sent prior to your appointment.
